The STM Travel Design Story
STM Travel Design was founded in 2026 as a specialized division of Share The Magic Travel, designed to connect travelers with experienced travel advisors who specialize in globally focused, customized itinerary planning to destinations around the world. As Share The Magic Travel expanded into a nationally recognized, multi-million-dollar agency, STM Travel Design emerged as a way to align complex, international travel planning with advisors whose expertise is rooted in global destinations and elevated travel design.
STM Travel Design members curate complex and personalized itineraries, arrange luxury travel experiences, specialize in hosted river and ocean cruising groups, and create fully tailored client experiences while remaining fully integrated with Share The Magic Travel’s trusted infrastructure, years of industry partnerships, and service standards that the company is best known for.
STM Travel Design was started by Megan Love, a top-producing Senior Travel Advisor and Director of Business Development at Share The Magic Travel. With six years of experience designing high-level itineraries and mentoring advisors, Megan established this division to reflect the value of experience, collaboration, and thoughtful travel planning—supporting both clients and advisors who prioritize well-designed, intentional travel experiences.

Megan Love is a top-producing Senior Travel Advisor and Director of Business Development at Share The Magic Travel, with over six years of experience designing complex, globally focused itineraries. She specializes in elevated European travel, cruising and river cruising, and fully customized journeys, bringing a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to every trip she plans. As the founder of STM Travel Design, Megan leads a team of top-producing travel advisors who share her commitment to intentional travel planning, strong industry partnerships, and exceptional client service.
Brandon and Lindsey White
Owners, Founders, & CEOs of Share The Magic Travel
Brandon and Lindsey White are the husband-and-wife team behind Share the Magic Travel. After many years of Brandon working as a travel agent focusing on Disney destinations, they dreamed of starting their own agency. In 2019, they officially launched Share The Magic Travel with a small team of travel agents. Fueled by their love for Disney and beach getaways, their business quickly became something so much bigger than they imagined.
As the agency worked through a global pandemic that shut down travel just months after its launch, what remained was the same passion and commitment that led them here: Creating a culture of passionate travel advisors who truly care about their clients’ vacation like it’s their own, and valuing community over competition. Share the Magic Travel advisors aren’t just a team, they’re a family.
Never wavering from their core values, the agency continues to grow each year, with a team of over 350 agents and top-tier status with its core industry partners. While Share The Magic Travel focuses on Disney destinations, Universal Parks & Resorts, ocean cruising, and Sandals & Beaches all-inclusive resorts, our clients’ desire to travel and see more of the world in this post-pandemic age has led to an increase in travel industry partnerships over the past six years.
